Designed for superintendents, district and building-level administrators, and aspiring leaders, the retreat offers opportunities to engage in  deep, meaningful conversations and expand networks. This year, we are taking a deeper dive into the areas that matter most for women in leadership. Sessions are designed to move beyond introduction and awareness—providing tools, practice, and application for attendees to bring back to their work environment. Returning participants will build on prior learning with new insights and strategies, while first-time attendees will find an inclusive community ready to connect, share, and grow together.
